This champagne, known as "Boll" by local residents and "Bolly" by English consumers, represents a masterpiece and a historical relic due to its meticulous production and deep attention to tradition. With 174 hectares of vineyards divided among seven grand cru and premier cru, the House is distinguished by the cultivation of Pinot Noir, the typical grape variety. La Grande Année is created only in exceptional years and undergoes a long maturation period before being marketed. The gourmet edition of 2015 is an excellence.
