Cultivated in organic vineyards in Noé les Mallets, this extra brut champagne is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay grapes. Aged and sparkling at the Centre Vinicole de la Champagne, it has a golden yellow color with aromas of fresh bread, butter, and white flowers. Matured in the bottle for 3 years.
