"Il Bruciato" - Tenuta Guado al Tasso Antinori. "Il Bruciato" is the younger brother of "Guado al Tasso", a Bolgheri of great intensity characterized by a modern and harmonious style, produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes. A red wine that comes from those vineyards of the estate that do not represent the peak necessary for the production of Guado al Tasso, plots where the management of the plant is still aimed at maximizing quality. Its maturation takes place for at least 8 months in barrels and for at least 4 months in bottles: it results in a wine of great intensity and softness, a perfect business card for the denomination and the estate. Characteristics: dark ruby red, with slight violet hues. The nose is dominated by intense notes of ripe red fruits, followed by pleasant hints of sweet spices.
