“Il Bruciato” - Tenuta Guado al Tasso Antinori "Il Bruciato" is the younger brother of "Guado al Tasso", a Bolgheri of great intensity characterized by a modern and harmonious style, produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes. A red wine that comes from those vineyards of the estate that do not represent the peak necessary for the production of Guado al Tasso, plots where plant management is still aimed at maximizing quality. Its maturation takes place for at least 8 months in barriques and for at least 4 months in the bottle: the result is a wine of great intensity and softness, a perfect introduction to the denomination and the estate. Characteristics: Dark ruby red, with slight violet hues. On the nose, intense notes of ripe red fruits dominate, followed by pleasant hints of sweet spices.
