Caravaglio Infatata. This wine is made from Malvasia di Lipari grapes grown in full respect of nature, in the vineyard of Tricoli. The plot has a triangular shape, from which the name derives. The vineyard overlooks the northern slope of the island of Salina, with a northwest exposure embracing the blue of the Mediterranean. The fermentation of the grapes occurs exclusively on indigenous yeasts and at controlled temperature. Tasting notes: it is elegant at the first olfactory impact: white flowers (jasmine) give way to fruit (apple, grapefruit), then finding aromatic herbs. The glass welcomes the true nature of the Malvasia grape. Distinct briny notes and long persistence in the mouth.
