On the other side is the pistachio chop, where the meat, also cooked slowly at low temperature, is seasoned with our artisanal pesto, creating a sandwich with an unmistakable character. WHAT THE KIT CONTAINS: - 2 Sandwiches of 100 grams each soft and fragrant - 1 Bag of Pulled Pork of 150 grams to be regenerated in a water bath - 3 chops of Black Pork from Nebrodi of 50 grams each - 1 sauce of your choice of 40 grams between Honey Mustard and BBQ - 2 slices of cheddar of 20 grams each - 1 bowl of pistachio pesto of 40 grams PREPARATION: Pulled Pork: immerse the vacuum-sealed bag in hot water and regenerate in a water bath for about 5 minutes, without opening it. Chops of Black Pork from Nebrodi: To enhance the flavor of our Black Pork chop, preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the chops for about 7 minutes. This step will ensure optimal regeneration, making the meat tender and juicy, ready to delight your palate.
