WHAT'S IN THE KIT - 2 Sandwiches of 100 grams each soft and fragrant - 1 Bag of Pulled Pork of 150 grams to be reheated in a water bath - 3 chops of Black Pig of Nebrodi of 50 grams each - 1 sauce of choice of 40 grams between Honey mustard and BBQ - 2 slices of cheddar of 20 grams each - 1 bowl of pistachio pesto of 40 grams. PREPARATION Pulled Pork: immerse the vacuum-sealed bag in hot water and regenerate in a water bath for about 5 minutes without opening it. Chops of Black Pig of Nebrodi: To fully enhance the flavor of our Black Pig Chop, preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the chops for about 7 minutes. This step will ensure optimal regeneration, making the meat tender and succulent, ready to delight your palate.
