Description
The Carte Blanche is the most representative historical cuvée of the Champagne Bauget Jouette vineyards. The Chardonnay from Mancy and Sézannais together with the Pinot Meunier from the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay impart fruitiness and incredible elegance. Color: straw yellow, gold reflections. Nose: fresh and light with notes of apple, peach, and bread crust. Palate: Rich with structure and freshness, notes of citrus, red fruits, and almonds. Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Meunier, 5% Pinot Noir
