The Cinta Senese ragù from Il Poggio farm is produced without preservatives, colorants, and artificial flavors. The meat used is Cinta Senese, an Italian pig breed native to the Montagnola Senese. Its bold and savory taste perfectly evokes the typical flavor of traditional Tuscan ragù. It is prepared with a base of finely chopped fresh vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, etc...). Once the vegetables are wilted, the meat is added for the initial cooking.
