The Rosso Veneto IGT 2016 by Del Rebene is a great red from a great vintage, and this time, unlike the 2015 vintage, it is made only with Carmenère grapes. Grapes: 100% Carmenère Harvest: manual in mid-October Training system: Guyot Soils: red clay and marine limestone Vinification: the Carmenère grapes fermented with spontaneous yeasts, on the skins, for 19 days. Aging: the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and then bottled in our cellar.
