Diletta beer is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented craft beer with a golden color, fresh on the palate and well-balanced thanks to its delicate character that presents pleasant fruity and hoppy notes. KOLSCH BEER: THE GERMAN TOP-FERMENTED The first traces of what would be called Kolsch can be found as early as 874 AD, and by 1250 there was already a brewing office in Cologne that controlled its production. Considering that the German production landscape is mostly bottom-fermented, we are faced with a sort of production rarity. These are the characteristics that distinguish this type of beer: white foam with moderate persistence, clear golden color, malty aroma with hints of honey and hops, well-attenuated and dry taste, medium to medium-low body, carbonation (the bubbles, what is called "perlage" in wines) well present.
