A symbol of the Mediterranean Diet, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selezione Cutrera is produced in the southeastern part of Sicily from centuries-old olive groves facing south, at an altitude of 150-400 meters above sea level and close to the Mediterranean. It is a blend mix, an exclusive selection from Frantoi Cutrera. Varieties: Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola, Tonda Iblea. Harvesting method: manual and mechanized harvesting. Harvesting period: from November 1st until the end of production. Extraction method: continuous cycle, two-phase cold extraction. Appearance: green, veiled due to natural decantation. Aroma: full-bodied with a pronounced artichoke note. Taste/Flavor: full-bodied, with very balanced bitter and spicy notes, featuring hints of artichoke and oregano.
