Made with a minimum of 75% Pink Apple from the Sibillini Mountains, this compote is sweetened with a low percentage of sugar (about 25%). Pink Apple, Slow Food Presidium The Pink Apple of the Sibillini Mountains has always been cultivated in the Marche region at altitudes above 450 meters. The unique climatic conditions of the Sibillini Mountains area, especially the daily and seasonal temperature variations, positively affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product, making it unique and absolutely different from the fruit grown in the plains. For more than ten years, the Pink Apple of the Sibillini Mountains has been a Slow Food Presidium.
