Description
Salumificio Zironi offers us the Salama da Sugo IGP in a pre-cooked quartered version, which has been sterilized at 120°C using a technique that allows it to be stored at room temperature for at least 18 months, ensuring the product's integrity and hygiene. Very easy to prepare, simply immerse the aluminum pouch in which it is contained in a deep pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 1 hour. According to tradition, the salama da sugo is consumed by reducing its pulp into small crumbs, placed on a soft potato or pumpkin purée, or on a smooth polenta, sprinkled with its tasty and fragrant sauce.
