The Salame al tartufo from Quadro Carni e Salumi is a quality cured meat that carries the scents and flavors of the Piedmont region. It is unmatched for those who love strong and good flavors, as well as intense aromas: sweet and pungent, penetrating and fragrant. The truffle sensation is enveloping, and once you smell it, you want to slice it to enjoy even more the aroma of the black truffle with which it is refined. Characteristics: raw pork salami made with a balanced percentage of quality fatty and lean meats. For the production of the raw salami, Quadro Carni uses only selected pork trimmings. The meat is ground with the addition of pancetta, pork jowls, spices, and black truffle. It is then stuffed into natural casings, hand-tied, and aged for about 40 days. Quantity: 2 truffle salamis of 120-125 grams each.
