Made with type "0" soft wheat flour, rice flour, and extra virgin olive oil. It can be topped in a classic and quick way, or in more elaborate gourmet versions. Simple and quick preparation: 1. First, turn on the oven to the maximum temperature and let it reach it, to ensure the highest quality of cooking. 2. In the meantime, top the Pinsa as you like, create classic flavors or fantastic gourmet varieties. 3. Once topped, place the Pinsa on the oven rack and let it cook for 5/6 minutes.
