

Toast with Svitato, the vintage sparkling wine from Bio Fa! Produced locally, in the Casorzo Winery, famous for its Malvasia, Svitato is a sparkling wine made from selected Voigner grapes with notable acidity, thanks to a weekly monitoring of the ripening of the berries. The destemming is done in such a way as not to completely crush the berries, followed by a soft pressing. The sparkling process is then carried out according to the Marinotti method. The process includes a second fermentation of the wine in large pressurized containers, called autoclaves. This results in wines with significant fruity characteristics. Furthermore, it is the most suitable method to produce "bubbles", as only aromatic grape varieties are used. The balanced acidity, softness, and silkiness of "Svitato" make it the perfect accompaniment to open, continue, and conclude an unforgettable convivial evening. Glass bottle of 75cl.
