Description
Caserecce originate from the ancient type of pasta called busiata, which is a mold of Arab origin, rolled and twisted multiple times on itself because it was made using the "bus," the thinnest stem of a plant around which the pasta was wrapped. The version with buckwheat and white corn FOG is super nutritious, rich in minerals (especially magnesium) and fibers, and also contains the 8 essential amino acids in optimal proportions and antioxidants that reduce the incidence of tumors, diabetes, and heart diseases. It pairs well with rich ragùs or delicate fish sauces, as well as pesto, like the Genoese or Trapanese varieties. Package size: 500g, cooking time: 8 minutes.
