Cooked at low temperature and with a reduced amount of salt, they are ready to be easily heated. You just need to choose your preferred method: microwave for 2 minutes at medium power, in a pan with the ingredients and spices you like best, or even in a bain-marie by immersing the sealed bag in a pot of hot water for about 4 minutes so you won't smell anything.
