- Cooked cannellini beans
240g240g - Zucchini

- Grated parmesan

- ParsleyA few leaves To taste
- Garlic

Preparation

Place the ingredients, except for the cheese and breadcrumbs, in a blender and blend, but not too much, as the mixture should have the right consistency
- STEP 2 OF 6
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and incorporate the grated cheese and breadcrumbs with a spoon

The mixture should be soft but workable with your hands

Form balls of about 60 g and then flatten them slightly. Coat them with a bit of breadcrumbs. Brush with a little oil

Cook in an air fryer at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning the burgers halfway through cooking, and if needed, spray with a little oil, complete cooking until golden brown

Let your burgers cool and fill small buns, adding lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes
