- Pre-cooked chickpeas

- Mixed seeds

Preparation

First, cook the bell peppers in a pan with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- STEP 2 OF 5
In a mixer, add the previously cooked bell peppers, chickpeas, and flour.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Blend everything and form your meatballs. Decorate the surface with mixed seeds.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes.

Once cooked, serve with a portion of vegetables.
