Preparation

In a bowl, add the flours, dry yeast, and pumpkin puree.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Mix everything together and then add the oil and salt.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Mix well and let the dough rise for 2 hours.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Once the rising time has passed, divide the dough into 8 pieces and use kitchen string to tie the buns, dividing them into 6 parts.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Place the well-tied buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Once the rising time has passed, bake the buns at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
