  • Greek yogurt130g
  • Instant yeast7g
  • Saltas needed
  • Tomato sauceas needed
  • Mozzarellaas needed
  • Extra virgin olive oil2Tablespoons

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, yogurt, oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a dough ball.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out your mini pizzas using a pastry cutter.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Top with tomato sauce seasoned with salt and oil, and diced mozzarella.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
