250mL250mL - Fresh brewer's yeast
10g10g - Sugar

Preparation

Dissolve the brewer's yeast in water and add the sugar. Gradually add the flour, halfway through add salt and oil.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Obtain a homogeneous dough and let it rise for an hour covered with plastic wrap.
- STEP 3 OF 5
At this point, roll out the dough and use a glass to cut out the focaccine, you will get about 10.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Place them on the oven tray (covered with parchment paper) and let them rise until doubled, covered with plastic wrap and protected from drafts.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Bake at 170 degrees in a fan oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden on the surface.
