In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, add the sugar, mix, and set aside.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add the milk, oil, and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, stirring well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
With a spoon, transfer the mixture into muffin cups, filling them up to about 2/3.
Decorate the surface with chocolate chips and bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, checking the cooking with a toothpick.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Pair them with a cup of coffee or hot milk for a sweet moment.
