The Pork Tenderloin with Beer is definitely a flavorful main course, perfect for those who love strong-tasting meats. It is prepared in a really simple way, and even though the cooking time is a bit long, it doesn't require any special attention. You just have to try it!
Pour some oil, garlic, rosemary, and sage into a pot and let it infuse.
Add the tenderloin and sear it well on all sides over high heat.
Once seared, season with salt and pepper, pour in the beer, and let the alcohol evaporate slightly.
Once done, lower the heat and cook for about 1 hour with the lid on, making sure to turn the meat.
When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pot, strain the cooking juices with a sieve, return them to the pot, and increase the heat to reduce the sauce.
Slice your tenderloin, arrange it on plates, and drizzle with the sauce obtained.
