A really simple Protein Bread to make, it doesn't require rising times and is excellent.

  • Flax seeds100g
  • Blanched almonds200g
  • Diced carrots100g
  • Egg white270g
  • Ricotta250g
  • Baking soda15g
  • Sparkling wateras needed
  • Salt10g
  • Mixed seeds50g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Grind the spelt into a powder, add the flax seeds, almonds, and grind again. Add the carrots and grind again.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Bake with a covered mold at 180°C for 50-60 minutes on the lower part of the oven, then uncover and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    With a spatula, bring the mixture to the bottom and add the egg white, ricotta, baking soda activated in the water, salt, and 50 g of mixed seeds.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased mold, level the surface, and sprinkle with more mixed seeds as desired.
