    • Ripe avocado1unit
    • Unsweetened cocoa powder4tablespoons
    • Maple syrup (or honey)2tablespoons
    • Salt1pinch
    • Cinnamon0.5teaspoon
    • Peanut flour (or almond or hazelnut flour)2tablespoons
    • For coating (choose one)
    • Unsweetened cocoa for coatingto taste
    • Chopped roasted hazelnuts for coatingto taste
    • Grated coconut for coatingto taste
    • Pistachio crumbs for coatingto taste

    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 6

      Put the flesh of the ripe avocado in the blender.

    2. STEP 2 OF 6

      Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), a pinch of salt, cinnamon, and peanut flour (or almonds or hazelnuts).

    3. STEP 3 OF 6

      Blend until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream.

    4. STEP 4 OF 6

      With wet hands, take small portions of cream and form balls.

    5. STEP 5 OF 6

      Roll the balls in the chosen coating (cocoa, chopped roasted hazelnuts, grated coconut, or pistachio crumbs).

    6. STEP 6 OF 6

      Transfer the truffles to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
