Preparation

Combine the flours, cornstarch, oat flakes, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix.
- STEP 2 OF 6
In a bowl, pour the psyllium husks, add the water gradually, stirring vigorously with a whisk until a gelatinous mixture is obtained.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Wait a few minutes and add the psyllium mixture to the flour mix and knead vigorously for 10-15 minutes.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Shape the dough into the desired form, then transfer it to a bread mold or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the surface with a little water, make cuts, and decorate with oat flakes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (static) for 45-50 minutes, until a crispy crust is obtained.
