Shape the dough into the desired form, then transfer it to a bread mold or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the surface with a little water, make cuts, and decorate with oat flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (static) for 45-50 minutes, until a crispy crust is obtained.
