This cream is very versatile. Ideal as a side dish or spread on bruschetta. Also great for dressing pasta. You can add some Parmesan to make a good pesto.
Remove the skin and pit from the avocado.
Slice the avocado and blend in a mixer with the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, basil, 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper, and finally the olive oil in a thin stream.
