Preparation

For the balls, pour 100g of Legù mix into a bowl, add the grated carrot, a little water gradually until you get the right consistency, and mix well

Form the balls to the desired size. Then heat them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes, turning them often
- STEP 3 OF 6
For the béchamel, pour 200g of blueberry drink into a small pot. Add about 1 tablespoon of sifted flour, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of coarse salt. Stir and bring to the heat.

Thicken the sauce, stirring constantly. It will take a few minutes

Cool the béchamel in a glass, covering it with cling film in contact.

Serve the warm balls with the blueberry béchamel
