An easy and quick savory pie with ready-made puff pastry, filled with kale, potatoes, and sausage. An irresistible combination of flavors!
Boil the potatoes in a pot full of water until they are soft.
Drain them and set them aside.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and cook the previously washed kale with the sausage cut into pieces for about half an hour and add salt. Let it cool.
Unroll the puff pastry and transfer it, with the parchment paper, into a tart pan.
Prick the surface of the puff pastry with a fork.
In a bowl, dice the potatoes, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, add salt, sprinkle with powdered oregano, and mix.
Spread the potatoes over the pie, distributing them well over the surface.
Add the kale with the sausage and the diced provola cheese.
Fold the edges inward.
Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
