Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the flour, potato starch, sugar, orange zest, salt, and baking powder.

    Add the seed oil and milk or plant-based drink, kneading by hand or with a stand mixer until a rough dough is obtained.

    Transfer the dough to a work surface, form a loaf, and let it rest covered for at least 15 minutes (better if overnight in the fridge).

    Roll out the dough on the work surface, making many folds to create bubbles during cooking.

    Roll out the dough very thin to obtain super crispy fritters.

  6. STEP 6 OF 8

    Heat the oil and check that it is ready before frying the fritters.

    Fry the fritters until golden, then drain them on absorbent paper.

    After 10 minutes, sprinkle the fritters with sugar and serve.
