Mix all the ingredients with a spatula until you get a smooth batter.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper (previously wet and wrung out) and pour in the batter.
Cook in an air fryer at 160°C for 22 minutes, or in a ventilated oven at 175°C for 35 minutes.
Let it cool completely and serve with powdered sugar or a topping of your choice (e.g., red fruit jam, salted caramel, or chocolate cream).
Important: for these quantities, the mold used is 12cm in diameter. If you have a 20cm mold, multiply everything by 3!
