Squeeze the juice of an orange (about 100g) and add the oil and sugar.
Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add them to the previous mixture and stir with a whisk. If you like, add chocolate chips as well.
Line a mold with parchment paper (I recommend wetting it and then wringing it well) and then cook in an air fryer at 160° for 28 minutes or in a hot convection oven at 175° for 35-40 minutes.
If using a 20cm mold, multiply everything by 3; for a 24cm mold, by 4! Remember to increase the cooking times.
