  • Unsweetened cocoa powder12g
  • Olive oil (or seed oil)20g
  • Baking powder6g
  • Chocolate chips (optional)1Tablespoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Squeeze the juice of one orange (about 100g) and add the oil and sugar.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add them to the previous mixture and mix with a whisk. If you like, add the chocolate chips as well.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Line a mold with parchment paper (I recommend wetting it and then squeezing it well) and then bake in an air fryer at 160°C for 28 minutes or in a preheated ventilated oven at 175°C for 35-40 minutes.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    If you use a 20cm mold, multiply everything by 3, for a 24cm mold by 4! Remember to increase the cooking times.
