Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Wash the parsley and chop it.
Wash a piece of shallot and brown it with extra virgin olive oil and a few tablespoons of hot water.
Then add the rice and the amount of hot water needed for cooking.
When there are about 5-6 minutes left, add half of the anchovies, the walnuts, and the parsley.
Mix everything well and let the risotto rest for a few minutes before serving with a sprinkle of pepper.
