Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.
In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast, and salt with a spatula until you get a soft but not sticky dough.
Oil the pan and increase the heat to get the pan very hot.
Using the spatula, take a piece of dough and shape it into flatbreads.
Place the flatbreads in the pan and cook for 10 minutes on each side or until they are well cooked on the outside.
Slice your favorite cold cuts or prepare chickpea hummus to enjoy the flatbreads while still warm.
