Add the remaining water and salt and stir. The dough will be very soft.
Dust the surface with a little flour and cover with plastic wrap
Let rise in the oven turned off with the light on for about 1 and a half hours
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, dust with flour, pour the dough and divide it into two loaves without touching it too much to avoid ruining the rise (it will still be very soft)
Bake in a preheated static oven at 240 degrees for about half an hour
