Mix the ricotta (I used sheep's ricotta) and the flour (the amount of flour depends on the consistency of the ricotta and how moist it is). You can use spices to taste to add color and flavor (turmeric, ginger, saffron).
Cook in salted boiling water until they float.
Season with the sauce of your choice.
