
I started preparing it thinking of a tasty side dish, then I got carried away and it became a fantastic main course!
Slice the zucchini and potato with the mandoline. Grease the mold with oil and breadcrumbs.
Start creating the layers beginning with the zucchini (if you place them lengthwise along the edges, you can use them later to close everything as I did in the video).
Alternate the ingredients as you like.
After closing the pie, drizzle with a little oil and bake at 180°C for about 25/30 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and it's ready to enjoy.
