An easy and quick recipe that will win you over! Rolls made from sandwich bread, filled with mozzarella and tomato, breaded and baked until crispy and stringy. They can also be cooked in an air fryer.
Take the slice of sandwich bread and roll it out with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cut into cubes, the tomato sauce, the oil, the salt, and the oregano.
Place the mixture in the center of the slice of sandwich bread and close it like a cannoli.
Dip them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated fan oven (or air fryer) at 200°C for 15/20 minutes.
