Preparation

    Mix the all-purpose flour, rice flour, and all the water.

    Once all the flour is absorbed, knead quickly, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside.

    Cook the vegetables in a pan for about 5-7 minutes; they should remain crunchy (steam the broccoli beforehand).

    Add the mix of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds to the vegetables and mix everything.

    Take the dough, form a loaf, and cut it into small pieces.

    Gently press with your finger, flattening them to give them the classic shape.

    Cook in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes (depending on thickness).

    Drain directly into the pan and mix.
