Preparation

Sauté the zucchini and onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Once well sautéed, transfer them to a blender with the cream cheese and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Cook the trofie and drain them in the pan.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Add the zucchini cream, smoked salmon, and mix well.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Plate, adding a drizzle of oil, and serve.
