Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly using a mandoline.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, add the grated provola, and arrange all the potato slices slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
Brush them with a little oil on the surface and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the fresh spreadable cheese, cooked ham, and the remaining provola.
If desired, bake for another 4-5 minutes to melt the provola inside.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
