Preparation

    Place a parchment paper tray in the air fryer basket.

    Pour a drizzle of oil, add the eggs and beat them; add salt and pepper.

    Also add the cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, and caciotta.

    Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 13-15 minutes.

    Alternatively, bake in the oven with a 20 cm pan lined with parchment paper at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or in a pan until golden, turning halfway through cooking.
