Delicious mini tarte tatin with caramelized cherry tomatoes and burrata, perfect for an appetizer or aperitif. Easy and quick to prepare, ready in just 15 minutes!
Cut the shortcrust pastry or puff pastry into 4 parts, or use a cookie cutter to make smaller circles.
On the baking paper, add honey, the glaze, oil, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and cover.
Prick and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20/25 minutes depending on your oven, until golden.
Flip and enjoy by adding a spoonful of burrata stracciatella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
