Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the phyllo dough sheets into strips.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Place a slice of speck and a piece of scamorza on each strip.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Roll the strips to form roses.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Place the roses on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
