Cut the squid or calamari into rings (you can also use pre-cut ones) and dry them well.
In a food bag, put the semolina.
Add the squid, close the end of the bag with your hands and shake until all the squid are covered in semolina.
Sift out the excess semolina.
Transfer them to the basket of the air fryer, add a spritz of oil and cook at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Check the cooking: they might cook in just 12 minutes.
Alternatively, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
