

In a bowl, combine half a kilo of ground chicken with previously cooked, chopped, and well-squeezed spinach to remove excess water.
Add two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and salt to taste (about one and a half teaspoons for 500 g of meat). Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take portions of the mixture and flatten each one to form the patties.
Prepare the breading: dip the patties in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs until they are evenly coated.
Cook: fry in a hot skillet with oil until golden brown on both sides, or place on a baking tray, brush with oil and bake until crispy on the outside.
Serve hot, they are perfect for both adults and children.
