












Pass the chicken slices in flour.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
Cook the chicken slices until golden brown on both sides.
Add 1/2 glass of beer and the juice of half a lemon.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until the beer has evaporated and the chicken is juicy.
Non-stick pan
Serve with a side of vegetables and some bread.
