
Savoy cabbage rolls filled with buffalo mozzarella, cooked ham, and parmesan, baked in the oven with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil. Perfect as a tasty dish for holidays or for a family lunch.



Remove the central rib from the savoy cabbage leaves and blanch them for 1 minute in boiling water.
Drain the leaves and dry them well.
Stuff each leaf with parmesan, buffalo mozzarella and cooked ham, then roll up.
Drizzle a baking dish with a little oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Place the savoy cabbage rolls close together in the baking dish.
Drizzle the rolls with a bit of oil and sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until well browned.
