In a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of flaxseed flour. Also add the water and mix well.
Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper.
Using a round cutter, cut the dough, fill it with tomato sauce or red pesto and mozzarella. Close and seal with the tines of a fork.
Bake in a fan oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
